Application:

The 25061578 electric gear-type lift pump is specified for Perkins 1104D-44T and 1104D-E44TA turbo-diesel engines (4.4 L, 4-cylinder) that power Massey Ferguson 7724 S and 7726 S Dyna-VT tractors, Landini Rex 5-120/130/145 T-V ROW-CROP machines, JCB 437S AGRI wheeled loaders and 540-180 Hi-Viz telescopic handlers, plus FG Wilson P55-6 and Pramac GSW180P enclosed generator sets. It mounts on the left-rear face of the cylinder block and supplies filtered fuel to the high-pressure injection pump across engine speeds from 650 r/min idle to rated 2 200 r/min.

This 12 V DC positive-displacement gear pump delivers a calibrated 240 L/h at 400 kPa and 13 V, drawing only 6 A at 2 000 r/min. The die-cast aluminium body carries SAE J744 size 2 mounting flange with two M8 threaded holes on 50 mm centres; 8 mm quick-connect inlet and outlet ports accept standard push-fit fuel lines. An integral stainless-steel mesh strainer rated at 60 µm protects the gears, while an internal relief valve opens at 450 kPa to prevent over-pressure. All elastomers are FKM (Viton) for compatibility with biodiesel blends up to B20 and ultra-low-sulphur winter diesel down to −45 °C.

The encapsulated DC motor is IP67-sealed against dust and moisture, and a self-resetting thermal cut-off at 115 °C guards against overload. Lightweight, maintenance-free sealed bearings and vibration-damped mountings make the unit ideal for continuous-duty agricultural, construction and standby-power applications.
